How it works
From a traveler’s words to a clear decision.
Travelers explain trips the way people do. Intentra is built to turn that into structured requirements, and to keep them current as the trip changes.
How it works
From a traveler’s words to a better decision.
Intentra sits between the people planning trips and the infrastructure that sells them. Plain language in, structured understanding through, a clear brief out.
- 01
The traveler
Explains the trip the way people do: who is going, what matters, what can move and what can’t.
- 02
Intent and context
The why behind the request. Relationships, trade-offs, constraints and priorities are kept, not flattened.
- 03
Intentra
Understands the request and keeps it as structured state. It knows what is settled, what is still open and what to ask next.
- 04
Your commerce systems
Search, availability, pricing, booking and servicing stay where they are. Intentra is built to hand them structured requirements.
- 05
A better decision
A clear brief of what this traveler needs, and why. Options and the reason they fit are being validated. Booking stays in the systems you already run.
Understand
Turn natural conversation into structured traveler and trip requirements.
Remember
Keep context as the trip evolves within a conversation. Memory across sessions, with consent, comes later.
Decide
Know what is resolved and what is still missing. Judging which options fit this traveler is being validated.
Hand off
Turn traveler understanding into structured requirements that a partner’s people and systems can act on. Search, pricing, booking and servicing stay with them.
Structured understanding
What “understanding the traveler” means.
Constraints and preferences, kept apart
A wheelchair user needs a step-free room. A pool is nice to have. Intentra keeps hard constraints separate from preferences, so a tradeoff is a choice and not a guess.
Requirements change
A grandparent joins, a budget moves, a date shifts. The trip changes; it is not a new search. Earlier decisions are revisited, with the reason.
Unresolved information stays visible
What is settled, what is still open and what to ask next are tracked explicitly, so nothing is silently assumed.
A worked example
Your product is richer than a rate.
Room types, views, board and accessibility are where a stay succeeds or disappoints. Most of that detail is flattened on the way from the traveler to a search.
Structured requirements
What a recommendation could explain
A step-free room matters more here than a sea view, and connecting rooms keep the families together. The reasons travel with the recommendation.
Recommendation behavior is being validated. It is not offered as live inventory search.
Illustrative example, not output from a live partner deployment.
